I need a program that allows me to display the bootstraps without them overlapping with the branches. Figtree doesn't allow to move the data. Nor do the softwares allow me to edit from one to another software.
The only bad thing it has is that you can not save your trees since it is a payment option, but if you are fast enought you can export whatever you want. It even allows you to add annotations into the phylogenies such as ASAP or bPTP species.
It's not ideal but you can also export FigTree phylogenies as PDFS and edit them in a PDF Editor such as Adobe. This allows you to either move the overlapping values off the branch or add them in yourself. More time consuming to be sure. Treegraph is great for reading your data and looking at cladograms but I experience similar overlapping issues when I convert the trees to phylograms in Treegraph.
I use InkScape, if you export the three from FigTree as an PDF, Fig tree alows you to move the different texts and elements around. It can also replace text so you can interchange commas with puncutations or exhange sequence codes with taxonomic name. You can also set different fonts, thickness and italics.
