I'm having trouble setting up the control file to run the BPP program. It mainly has to do with the Newick format that is needed underneath the species&tree number (see attached picture). I was told that I can visualize the tree with FigTree in order to get this, but am unsure of how to make a guide tree file that will be able to do this...

I have the raw data sets in phylip format, I know I need to at least convert to nexus. I've tried converting using a website, but my data set is over 6mb so all of the websites I've tried cannot handle it.
