Best recruitment strategies for surveys and interviews?

Hey Everyone,

Good morning, hope you are all well. I am about to start putting together my application for IRB approval and would like to know what are some of the best strategies to recruit participants for a survey and interview? The participants of my study are Hispanic immigrants. Thank you in advance for any and all help.
