Dear Laurizio Emanuel R Alves,

I guess you want to convert your land cover in binary ( where one or more classes can be converted to 0 or 1 or vice versa.)

Such conversion is possible in ArcMap as well as QGIS.

You need to use the raster calculator tool to do such conversion.

Kindly follow the attach video link for doing in QGIS. Same can be done in ArcMap raster caculator fillowing this approach.
