Hello,

I'm a first-year graduate student, and my lab is looking to get into whole-mount immunostaining of cleared mouse tissues (specifically, at this point, lung and skin). I'm very new to this, so I'm looking for suggestions on what the best markers are for structural cells - pan-epithelial, pan-endothelial, pan-neuron, fibroblast, smooth muscle, etc. I'd also appreciate recommendations for specific antibody formulations against any of these. We are ideally looking for directly conjugated fluorescent-tagged antibodies, but quality is the main priority (as well as whether what we're looking for actually exists). Finally, if you'd like to attach figures or references to publications showing how you've used these antibodies, that would be great too. Thank you!
