I am having difficulties getting a high concentration of adenohelper plasmid after using a qiagen maxi and mega prep kits, but the miniprep kit turned out fine. I am wondering if the cell line is a factor here as some previous questions related to this one seem to suggest stbl2 or NEB stable competent cells may be important. I have been using the OneShot top10 competent cells from invitrogen. Thank you!
