Dear Jasman,
Since 2010 I am teaching accounting ethics (right now changed to Ethics in accounting and finance) at the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland, This is a 15-hours course offered for 1st and 2nd year students of MSc.
In my opinion, curriculum of the course encompasses behavioral issues as well.
