I doubt this fishy email will attract "collaborators", but I can see how underfunded researchers may consider these "opportunities". I will alert my research group about this kind of academic fraud.

Hola Víctor, fantastic response, thank you for contributing to this discussion. I agree with most of what you said, however, I do not think there is a blurry line in this case. It is clear attempt to buy authorships, so it is academic fraud.
