CAC is one of the proposed algorithm in ATM that accept new call and communicate with the bandwidth allocator to allocate a peak bandwidth then it chooses a routing strategy from three types:DLCP and SP and DNSP algorithms for the call data to be either accepted or rejected , now Hoc can it choose one of these routing ??based on what? and can the rejected data be return back again and the CAC choose another routing to be accepted??
I think CAC is not Choosing one of them. it only use the one that have been set to be used.

Doing an experiment on each seneario determining the optimal algorithm, then set CAC to use it in reality.
