NVivo is the only qualitative data analysis software that provides automated transcription assistance from audio files. However, it is ideal to transcribe on your own or by a human because Artificial intelligence transcription in NVivo sometimes donot perfectly write the exact wordings especially if it is in a native local language other than English. The researcher has to review the transcription and modify a lot which is also time taking thus might as well do the transcription yourself.
Rather than NVivo automated transcription, I suggest you go for Otter.ai (Otter Voice Meeting Notes - Otter.ai) . It is better than NVivo.
Yes, I agree with Nivedita Roy, NVivo is only helping you to organize and analyze the qualitative data including (text data), which are the outcomes of transcribing the Audio/video. the accuracy of NVivo automated transcription assistance is too bad. However, there are some alternative paid tools, better than Nvivo, like (sonix.ai)

I have used Otter.ai, it was not bad but still not accurate text, it also required a human check.
Recently, I bought an iFLY TEK recorder with AI voice recognition that offers about 95 % accurate transcription that can be exported in txt formats. iFLY TEK company also offers transcription based on AI voice recognition in different languages. Here you may have a try.
NVivo has an automated service integrated into its package. For germane inputs, you could check out the chapter by Gregorio (2021), entitled “Voice to text: Automating transcription.” That being said, such a service could be costly, especially if you have a lot of data to auto-transcribe. Out of experience, I have used Dragon Professional, a voice-to-text software that has been good enough. Below are the full citations.

I have tried out both Dragon and Otter.ai and found the Otter.ai to be much better. So unless Dragon has totally revised how it works, I cannot recommend it.
I have been using the latest version of Dragon Professional Individual. I couldn’t be more satisfied with it because of its impressive features that can save money when compared to an automated service. Regarding accuracy, it boasts a 99% accuracy rate which could be maintained through tweaking—as shown in the attached screenshot. Its review below might be of interest.
