I'm currently working on a masterproject and I'm exploring ceveral research question on the abilitiy to change, learn and adapt. The covid-19 has lead to a massive use of digtal homeoffice and low mobilitity and social contact in society. I'm intereted in how this prolonged situation can affect the ability of the workers to learn, change and adapt and on what this means for the organisation's ability to change/learn and develop.
Learning power is one theory that could help explore some of my questions, but most of the litterature concerns the school-contect and focuse on the student teachers.
