[email protected] has a diagnostic tool the says what the developmental state of the child is and where to intervene. At the moment it is free.
Other than our own, none of them are developmental or have had the scaling technique called Rash Analysis. They mostly copied out of Skinner Verbal Behavior work. They miss non-verbal communication, eye contact etc.

i am just here to keep updated with your discussion because my country is now facing similar kind of situations but our settings are different.. the call for autism and the need assess is coming in picture. so you all would help me to understand better on how to go about...thank you
I don't know if you have seen the article by Elsabbagh et al. but I will add it here. It deals with the general prevalence of autism globally and it is the only article so far that I have found on the topic. There is an EU project about the prevalence, and most important of all, the diagnostic tools for Autism in Europe and you get the link to the projects webpage here; www.asdeu.org
Maybe we need a global project to increase the awareness of autism because as I see it - probably about 1% of all children in the world are autistic (Elsabbagh et al., 2012).
