Author name mismatch-Rao. N.K. as against Kutumba Rao Nathala. How can I upload?

In one my Articles (paper 406), published in IGC 2015, my name was reflected as Rao,N.K. which is otherwise known as Kutumba Rao Nathala in other articles. so unable to upload in my profile. please suggest the way out.
