You should have a look at the specification sheet and/or the manual of your laser.

You will need the relation between the 'amperes' and the power-density (e.g mW/cm²) as well as the diameter of the laser beam and the distance.

With these data you might be able to answer your question...

Dear Hind, You will need a power meter to read the power from your laser source. You cannot directly correlate the output optical power of the laser, unless your laser supplier provided you a data sheet of that value and co-relation. Next you will need to find the beam diameter of the laser spot (assuming the beam is circular spot), at your irradiated place. Calculate the area of the beam and divide the power from the power meter with that area. That should give you the intensity. And you can create your own intensity vs laser current chart in this manner, by changing the current value of the laser and record the power and calculate the intensity from there. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately there is no hint on any relation between the current and the optical ouput of your fiber pig tail laser.

So, as Tawsif Ibne Alam already suggested, you should use a powermeter to elaborate that relation.

A hint on the (mean) areal power density can be found by dividing the power output by the area of the laser spot . Your fiber core diameter of 100µm is small compared to your to sample distance of 3cm. So you are able to use the 1/r² law for the distance dependence...
