Sumit Meshram you should make cathodic scans from 0 to -1.5 V against Ag/AgCl reference electrode using cyclic voltammetry and there you will find the catalytic reduction zone of nitrate using your electrode. The potential depends on the electrode material, but it is usually around -1.4 V.
