I don't want to do auto Mesh, because auto mesh doesn't coincident nodes at contact interface. I would like to generate mesh like figure. Can you help me in this regard, please?
Hi Imrose, most probably this mesh was prepared at first as quarter mesh of the surface. To do it give same number of elements for two radii and circumference and you obtain such kind of butterfly mesh. Then mirror twice. And at last you can extrude your mesh for desired thickness. Sincerely.

Ali is correct. You can try what he is telling. I have done similar mesh around a crack tip during my UG thesis. However, I don't have ANSYS installed in my laptop right now.
There is a glue option in ANSYS. You can use that to combine nodes at interfaces, if in case you use auto mesh. For example, if you create 2 different areas attached together, glue those 2 areas first, then mesh them. It will ensure single node at the interface. However, if you do not glue the areas, meshing will create 2 nodes at the same position at interface. Hope you understand.

That mesh was generated from a quarter part. That quarter part was divided into three portions (two outer, identical and one inner, the quarter part of an octogone) then glued. Afterwards, a parametric meshing with the desired partition on the edges... And therr you have!

Thanks for providing information. Actually, I understand how to generate this mesh but I can't find exact option at ANSYS Mechanical. Can anyone give me a step by step procedure?
Dear Imrose Bin Muhit,
In order to create coincide nodes in ANSYS Workbench, you have to do the following:
1. Open the Geometry Module
2. Select the Surface Bodies that you want to create coincide nodes.
3. Right click after you select, and click Form a New Part
4. From Tools menu at the top, click Joint Property.
5. Then, select the Part you have created.
6. Click on Generate.
7. In order to check whether Joint operation is successful, from View menu at the top, Click Edge Joints.
8. If the coinciding lines are marked as blue, it is successful. If it is red, unsuccessful.
When you open the model, it does not matter to use auto or manual meshing. ANSYS will create coindicing nodes at the interface.
