The approach and feasibility of mitochondrial bio energetic would it be in vitro or in vivo ? If it's in vivo for statistical significance does number of animal assessed has to be justified from a group of animal. If it would be in -vitro how the statistical significance can be emphasized ?

regarding the number of animals, it depends to your model, which kind of animals do you want to monitor, and also what your indices are and/or how many parameters do you want to evaluate? anyway you can read some of our articles, and also about two months later, I will upload two or three articles regarding to In-vitro and in-vivo studies in mitochondria of reproductive organs.

I forget to convey, about your question for statistical proc!
It depends to your plan which statistical design do you want to use, is it CRD, RCBD, LS and so on? for the fisrt step, you must select your animal model, and then you must select your treatment and your experimental design, after that you can decide which proc is suitable for your study and or you can download some similar article with your hypothesis. which articles are in line with your idea! because invitro is difference with in vivo studies, because in vivo there are a lot of co-variants in your study. that you must pay attention during analysis.
