Hi, I have used SmartPLS3 to validate an simplified UTAUT2 Model (7 variables to explain behaviour intention, no moderators) for my masters thesis. I have actually analysed the model already with SPSS and just tried SmartPLS out of curiosity. The model could not be validated (in both PLS and linear regression) but I'd be VERY curious to have someone help me read all the data. Either by Email or even a short VC. Hello your prediction results refer that five variables present positive effect and two variables predict in a negative way (FC-WS), you must fix the significance value of those variables. This analysis is different from the SPSS regression, because it uses formative variables, for PLS you must see the criteria of the factorial loads of which only one of the factor WS is low, you can consult me because I also handle the SEM methodology that allows to make this analysis although according to the model you propose PLS is useful. Also you must find other values of reliability and mean variance extracted from the study variables for the PLS method.
You must bear in mind that linear regression and PLS-SEM are two different methodologies. If you want to validate the model using multiple indicators you cannot use the "classic" linear regression model available in IBM SPSS, although you can use IBM SPSS Amos which allows you to easily use structural equation modeling (SEM).
I recommend you explore the R environment and the lavaan package ( https://lavaan.ugent.be/ ), which is free and very suitable for analyzing a model like the one you present.
Finally, remember that CB-SEM (eg lavaan, Mplus, LISREL) and PLS-SEM (eg SmartPLS or semPLS in R environment) are different methodologies.
