I am currently working on the FAME analysis of algal oil. The external standard 18919-1AMP FAME mix with 37 compounds is being used but the identification and arrangement of the compounds in the standard in order of retention times has not been successful. The calibration is equally becoming challenging. Thus, I will like to ask if anyone has the following;

1. A temperature program that separates the peak of the compounds in the FAME mix indicated above

2. The list and corresponding retention times of all compounds in the FAME mix

3. A suggested concentration range for the calibration of the GC using this standard.
