Asking about nano-emulsion optimization technique?

Dear All,

I just wonder about water titeration method for preparing self nano emulsifying drug delivery system, if its suitable for preparing an oral formula that doesnt contain water, only oil ans Smix(surfactant plus cosurfactants)?

The determination of water by the K.Fischer method consists in the interaction of iodine with sulfurous anhydride in the presence of water to form hydroiodic acid and sulfuric anhydride in methanol and pyridine. This method determines hygroscopic, crystallization, molecular and free water. Fischer's reagent is titrated under conditions that exclude moisture from the air.
