I am looking to improve conductivity or transmittance by co-doping ZnO with Sn and?
I did a little research following the literature but I did not find the best co_doping of ZnO by Sn with other dopant, for that please help me to solve this problem and thanks in advance.
What is your deposition method?
If it is spray pyrolysis you can go through this article, Effect of Sn Doping on the Properties of ZnO Thin Films Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis, Journal of Modern Physics, 10.4236/jmp.2012.311222 .
Otherwise you can dope Al with ZnO for improved conductivity and transmittance as well. You can also dope Al-Sn with ZnO for the same purpose.
