Phages are reported to contain protein sequences that play an important role in human immunology various uncharacterized proteins are present in phages which can prove to be highly immunogenic. The outer capsid protein (Hoc) of the T4 phage head contains an immunoglobulin superfamily domain which includes antibodies, major histocompatibility antigens, T-cell receptors and cell adhesion molecules. The functions of these phage proteins are unknown (they are not relevant for phage interactions with bacteria); thus, their possible role in potential phage interactions with the human immune system cannot be excluded (Górskia and Dabrowska, 2005).

I would say tangentially yes. In that the HIS needs to learn not to overreact to phages. And in that phages provide bacteria with many of their anti-HIS adaptive traits. More directly, phages that target human-associated bacteria may have evolved specific strategies to evade or tame the immune response.
I dont think so, phages might have some indirect effect on human evolution but not direct. Phages do influence bacteria and their mutual relationship is evident form the fact that lysogenic phages give their hosts extra bonus points in struggle of survival. Moreover rapid inactivation of phages by HIS is one of the main reason behind failure phage therapy via intravenous route.
Phages are evolved to use bacterial (prokaryotic) cellular system not eukaryotic (in this case humans), a phage cant even replicate inside human body if it doesnt have it's host bacteria.
I agree with muhammad and I must explain as we know phages are foreign antigens and absolutely induce HIS but as I mentioned before recent studies didn't show any results which prove phages can induce HIS due to inflammation or important reaction. Eric Morello's study in 2011 in Pasteur Institute of Paris clarified more things about phages interaction with HIS
Phages can induced immune response indirectly while bacterial lysis. This ultimately induces inflammatory response. Some bacteriophage (T4) do interact with innate immune system and pahogocyte some times also neutralize antibodies generated against it.
