As an academician and a lecturer, for that matter, I have encountered a lot of students with different characteristicsor traits. What I useful learn from my students is their tenacity to absorb and quickly adjust to my strenuous criticism. Another aspects of my students that I admire the most is their ability to obey their plan of work.

I learned that the acceleration, diversity and sequence of generations incites the modernization of teaching methods, the diversity of methods of delivery of information, coupled with more adhering to the values and ethics of education
After a long period of academic teaching, and despite the age difference between me and my students, I began to feel , learn and think with the students to raise their level of science, and to get off the high tower in dealing with the level of their class.
I learned and still learn many countless lessons from both the brilliant and less performing students. The brilliant students taught me the diacritics in succeeding as an academic in very complex learning conditions.
The low performing but hardworking students taught me the need to be patient, caring, motivating, assisting, coaching and tenderly assuring the weak to be strong to be able to walk the full distance to the moon!
