According to the OIE (World Organization for Animal Health) the methods of choice are as follow:

1) standard skin method (on the field directly on animals). Use of PPD (purified protein derivative) for detection delayed hypersensitivity in animals on M. bovis. The comparative intradermal tuberculin test with bovine and avian tuberculin is used mainly to differentiate between animals infected with M. bovis and those sensitised to tuberculin due to exposure to other mycobacteria or related genera.

2) Blood-based laboratory tests: Diagnostic blood tests are now available, e.g. the gamma-interferon assay, which uses an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) as the detection method for interferon, the lymphocyte proliferation assay, which detects cell-mediated immune responses, and the indirect ELISA, which detects antibody responses. The logistics and laboratory

execution of some of these tests may be a limiting factor. The use of blood-based assays can be advantageous, especially with intractable cattle, zoo animals and wildlife, although interpretation of the test may be hampered by lack of data for some species.

Actually, I'm from engineering materials(alloys) background and not really good in understanding biological terms and methods. All I need a chemical/or Medicine (ideally should be in liquid ) to be used in electrospining method. I'm after a liquid chemical which can detect TB microorganisms in humans.
