Arlequin error - FAQS.TIPS

Hi,

I have been using Arlequin for quite a while but since yesterday it stopped working and the following message appears after I hit run: "The necessary file arl_run.txt does not exist, aborting arlecore". For what I could read, arlecore needs the *.arp or *.ars file to analyze the data. If they are not available the program searches for the arl_run.txt file. However, I have both .arp and .ars files. Has anyone had this same problem? How can I solve this?
