For protecting my thin films(CsSnBr3) exposure to air, which contain Sn ion and vulnerable to air. So, I consider sealing it into glass petri dish which is amorphous and neglected by XRD peaks. Is it correct? The glass petri dish would not have influence on XRD patterns? If not, any other sealing suggestions for both avoiding exposure to air and not affect the XRD patterns?

petri dishes seem to me too thick. The x-rays have to penetrate twice the dish and will be strongly attenuated. Especially when made of glass.
You may use household foil or Capton foil to seal the surface of your sample. They are very thin and contain low atomic number elements, which have quite low x-ray attenuation.
Unfortunately I do not know how your sample material will react when in contact with such a material.
Please perform reference XRD pattern from such foils without your net sample.

I forgot the detail of my sample preparation. I wanted to inject nitrogen gas into the glass petri dish to protect it. But, using foils it seems hard to make nitrogen atmosphere inside it. And could it protect air contact completely? seems like not perfect.
Sealing the dish via foil could work, so there is no contact to the net sample being in the dish, in nitrogen atmosphere.
However sample adjustment is a challenge here. Maybe solveable by a phantom equivalent having appropriate geometric dimensions and appropriate means for passing the x-rays. (The rim of the dish is the challenge here when doing the height adjustment).
But I think we should wait for answers of other colleagues. You will be not the first one who wants to do XRD under protective atmosphere.

the effective depth of radiation penetration in the material is very small (max. approx. 0.1-0.2 mm) and depends on the diffraction angle. Measuring through glass is unrealistic. I also have doubts about what the record will look like if the foil does not fit directly on the sample. With the classic 2theta / theta measurement geometry, there are very high requirements for the measurement geometry. A deviation in the sample position of 0.1 mm is usually considered unacceptable.
I see a bit of a problem in the need to measure a thin coating over a thin coating.
Goniometer manufacturers sell different measuring chambers under different conditions (for high or low temperatures, humidity, high pressure, etc.). It would probably not be a problem to fill the chamber with nitrogen.
I have some experience with measuring samples with the need for a controlled atmosphere, but not very good. They were strongly hygroscopic mixtures of NaOH and NaH.
