Field symptoms show on the photos attached? We didn't find any pathogenic fungi and bacteria through isolation and microscope observation, so we suspect there are probably viral diseases. If you know, please give me some suggestion? Thanks!
the first photo still look like fungal symptoms, though the plant is seems to be quite resistant developing dead brown leaf fragments at the places of spore attachment to prevent biotrophic mycelium growth.
You may try various media to isolate the parasite. Sometimes it's not as standard procedure for parasites. And better take the edge of the leaf and maybe a stem to exclude a vessel rot .
The rest two photo may be viral disease symtoms and most likely the last. Unfortunately I can't help you with the identification. I'm a mycologist
For first two check also for phytotoxic effects (due to tretments?), while last one is an hormonic effect that could be linked to viral infection or to herbicide
Another simply way according to virus detection is trying to do the dsRNA extraction from the 3rd sample (3rd picture). dsRNA patterns after running gel electrophoresis probably can tell you a clue about plant viral infection.
You must check with ELISA and PCR for diagnosis of viral disease on cucurbits and also on other plants. I think Photo no.3 may be infected with a viral agent but the major disease symptoms is not due to viral infection, probably caused by physiological disorders.
