Are these standardized lifespan assay protocols still up-to-date?

Very interesting project!

I was wondering whether the protocols were published in 2017 (https://www.nature.com/protocolexchange/protocols/5341#/ ), are still the ones currently in use by the CITP. Especially, the frequency of transferring the animals to fresh plates (i.e. repeated dosing).

It would be nice to have some sort of standard practice for this in the C. elegans aging field!
