Hello, everyone,

I keep having these marks on my WB.

I used 75 mA for overnight transfer at 4℃. The PVDF membrane was soaked in 100% methanol for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then dipped into freshly prepared Transfer buffer (containing 10% methanol). Maybe it's not related, but I encountered the situation more often in non-reducing gel transfer than in reducing.

It's air bubbles? Should I rinse my PVDF membrane with TBST after methanol activation, then dip it into transfer buffer?
