Are there works which include land use and land cover change dynamics in climate change-agricultural impacts studies?

Future scenarios of rapid change in land use and land cover change need to be linked with bio-physical and socio-economic aspects to evaluate the impact of climate change. Crop models are potential tools, but need relational layers of these important aspects (on spatio-temporal scales). There must be some studies related to these aspects, which would aid in deciding the way forward for climate change impacts- as holistic approach. regards
