25 years ago, Mullenix and coworkers demonstrated sexual dimorphism in rats exposed to dietary Fluoride. Fluoride was seen to accumulate in different brain regions with the Hippocampus of particular interest re altered behaviour.

It was suggested that hormonal growth spurts drive more Fluoride to the bone in males, so that higher Fluoride doses were required to produce the same level of brain damage measured in females.

It would be interesting to study the IQ and related features of human dizygotic male female twins given the reported differences in ADHD, Autism, Alcohol response, and other Fluoride harms such as Bone Cancer.

I understand panels of twins have been identified for medical research in the USA.
