Are there good quality SSCI full OA journals for educational studies?

I just completed two qualitative studies about educational technology and really hope to get some guidance about which journal to choose. For PhD graduation, I hope my articles can be published ASAP but also take the quality into serious consideration. I know some such as MDPI, SAGE OPEN, PLOS ONE, but want to know more and which is more suitable for my case. Looking forward to everyone's suggestions.
