My PI wants to use expression plasmid for E. coli with two cloning sites. We have pColA-Duet-1 and pACYC-Duet, but in those are both of the sites inducible by IPTG (if I understood it correctly). Are there any plasmids that would have two different inducible promoters?
I am not sure whether I understand your question, but if you look for a restriction map of pCOLADDuet-1 online (SnapGene), you will immediately see that have have two T7 promoters at 5' MCS-1 and at at 5' MCS-2, therefore they are inducible by IPTG. Hope this helps

thank you. I know, but I mean, whether there is plasmid, which would have one promoter controlled e.g. by IPTG and the other for example by tetracycline.
I suggest checking Addgene there are a lot of different plasmids available as bacterial stock pretty cheap. You could also look for papers where people did such a double expression and then check the source of the plasmids in the Material part of the paper.

You can look for commercial dual-inducible vectors carrying inducible T7 or Lac promoter and an inducible pBAD promoter for arabinose induction...or design your own vector....or use pEVOL vector. pEVOL has two promoters pBAD (inducible one) and ProK (a constitutive promoter).
Answering your question, as far as I know there is no such a vector , but you can easily modify/engineer the vector pACYS-Duet1 by replacing one of the IPTG-inducible promoters with the tet-inducible promoter from e.g. pASG-IBA2.
