Thank You. Our concept was obvious- so called electromagnetic earthquake precursors in fact are not electromagnetic. We believe, that these are outside of Standard model of physics (some parallels with Russian torsion-soliton research). So detector should be different from these, used today. Our thoughts about "non-electromagnetic radiation" from Earth's mantle are not very original but it seems, nobody had get money enough to build a, so to speak, pranameter- with a hope to convince colleagues, that it is real.

My intention was- give a new look to earthquake precursor question because I earlier reinvented "spinning liquid field" which has limited penetration abilities in matter- to answer questions from chronobiology, celestial mechanics and astrophysics.

Similarly, non-electromagnetic effects from "visible Sun" detected Simon Shnoll many times etc.

Believe, this all might be too difficult for geologists.

I try to predict EQs for many years. Can you send me your paper (or proposal). I will try to assess the success of your attempt.

As you know, the problem of earthquake prediction by the use of single method (geophysical, geochemical, geological, etc.) practically is not possible. Therefore, I suggest to apply a set of these methods (at least 10 different methods) and to integrate them digitally by the use of information methodology of wavelet approach. In such a case the reliability of prediction will be strongly increased.

Excuse me for the late response … Me only independent from any circumstance I found out possible real mechanisms of the earthquakes, intuitively … After a minimum three intuitional moments I reached such interpretation… that I have more than 80% successful earthquakes forecast… To your question you will find indirect response…:

As an European, I would like to understand you!

The short term prediction implies the better understanding of physical precursors of earthquakes such as seismicity, ground deformations..etc (the way for this is still far). nevertheless, the P-wave arrival time may offers few seconds to stop nuclear reactors or High speed trains for instance.

There you will read the recent earthquake forecasting made in connection to Japan (before four days)... and before two weeks were described such opportunity in the connection to your country's hydrocarbon resources... which shows well. Your country is very rich in hydrocarbon... One think is very interesting when I wanted to get a position with help of alegrian citizen geoscientist... The response was... that the multinational oil companies did like to employ Algerian nationality geologist...

I'm interested. Geophysicists who answer that there is no specialist and consultant for short-term earthquake forecast, are they lying?

Or do they not read expert opinions?

Do they want a lot of sacrifices?

Or do they consider themselves the God of the Academy of Sciences?

Read the documents of examinations and expert commissions.

15. Сообщение Э.Г.Мирмовича и А.П.Ягодина. Сообщение сделал Мирмович. Дал информацию о методе краткосрочного прогноза сильных землетрясений, в основе которого изучение низкочастотной KaY-волны (волны Козырева-Ягодина), возникающей в дальней от эпицентра зоне (тысячи километров). Скорость волны около 100 км/час, движение направлено на эпицентр. Это дает возможность предсказания сильного землетрясения по данным наблюдений нескольких станций… Имеется положительный опыт, полученный в течение 10 лет. KaY-Волна наблюдалась и перед извержением вулкана на Камчатке. 16 октября Ягодин послал сообщение Николаеву за сутки до извержения.

На заседании приняты следующие Решения:

1. Принять к сведению доклады, заслушанные на заседании РЭС.

2. Разработать предложения по реорганизации работы РЭС, с целью его выживания в условиях эконмического кризиса и необходимости эффективного решения задач сейсмологии и геофизики обеспечивающих повышение качества прогноза землетрясений, уменьшения сейсмической опасности и риска. Сделать РЭС более действенным и целенаправленным органом смягчения ЧС, практического использования сейсмологической и геофизической информации

3. Поддержать дальнейшие НИОКР в области развития новых методов и аппаратуры сейсмологических исследований, обеспечивающих внедрение прорывных технологий в работу РЭС.
