Helena, I would like to hear about your experiences with have huge outlets with big posh brands selling the goods at instant sale prices (as they are from last or previous seasons, just outdated but brand new...). I have visisted some shopping  villages like that and the majority of customers were Chinese buiyng Coach bags like fresh buns...queues in Fossil, Karen Miller, fights in Burberry for 80% discounted scarfs...

But I would like to know if you have sth similar in your country... what is the name of this shopping outlet, and what you have seen (were surprised...) while shopping there...

Maybe you have already but definitely check out outnet. yoox, and i find that yoox buying net-a-porter is another very interesting development. Please also check Business of Fashion blog, where you will find many real life examples and updates

As far as I am concerned, reverse logistics are "relatively new" area in supply chain studies, mainly focused on electronic products. However, you can easily retrieve such an area from google search engine that stores more than 160,000 documents on reverse logistics. If the electronic goods are within your scope of "luxury goods" for your study then you might have enough number of literature to use. I hope this may help you. Well, some parts of these findings are  useful (as always in any research), but I focus on fashion business, which has it's own, mainly "emotional logic"... Electronic goods are aging very quickly too, but they represent a mixture of values with a very strong functionl component in it, while fashion is maily emotional, social etc... But, on the other hand, whatever you deal with, selling it reversely, it has to be distributed back to clients, so in this sense it's similar... thank you

What I would like to find, these are eg. reports on how big fashion brands (LIke LV, Gucci, Prada, Armani) organize their reverse logistics and what kind of impact this sale has on their income, image etc...
