I'm a PhD student and my PhD is self-funded. My PhD is on Delusional disorder (jealous type). I'm looking for article processing fee free journals (at least with moderate impact factors) to publish my research findings. As a student, it is very difficult for me to afford the publication charges of many journals. Please help!

There must be journals in your field which are published in hard copies or both hard copy and soft copy.
They normally do not charge fees for publication.
You take help of your teachers and seniors who have some publications in topics related to your work. They must be in a position to guide you.
