Space filling design methods are applied for approximate metamodels. In order to construct experimental design via Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS), a probability distribution of design variables need to be attended. In addition, some approaches to define LHS are minimax, maximin or desired correlational function. So, a software package that covers these points needs to be introduced. Thank you.
