As Heather Douglas suggests, any journal performing "review" in only two weeks is probably a scam, a predatory journal that only wants your money. There may be very rare exceptions for a specific paper, for example one proposing important new COVID findings, but the average time for review is usually a few weeks, and sometimes longer.

Authentic journals (indexed) with good impact factor take longer than 20-25 weeks.

But if it is compulsory to make it within one month, can try JOURNAL OF CRITICAL REVIEWS (SCOPUS INDEXED). They will charge a publication fee.
