I am starting a corporate wellness program in Israel and would be interested to study the effects of my program, perhaps with someone who is already doing research in this area.
We are studying an 8 week mind/body program for healthcare professionals. The 8 week program is very brief (30 minutes) and focuses on learning of skills. The research is on-going but we are encouraged that employees are able to participate in the brief training versus the very long training of other research efforts. The latter are excellent research studies, but were not feasible in our environment.
I've not read it, but I see there is a chapter in the second edition of The Handbook of the Psychology of Religion and Spirituality (2014, Paloutzian and Park, eds) entitled, "From Concept to Science: Continuing Steps in Workplace Spirituality Research."
