As far as I know, the dodecaheme cytochrome c, decaheme cytochromes MtrC and MtrA, and potentially some flavocytochrome c are involved in metal reduction by respiration.
Do you know any other? I'm not interested in proteins implicated in assimilatory processes such ferric reductases but in dissimilatory processes.

There could be indirect proteins involved. In the case of extracellular Uranium bioreduction by species of Geobacter which utilizes it pili for more efficient and extensive bioreduction of U (VI) to U (IV). The pili also serves as the site for bioreduction. This mechanism reduces the toxicity of U to the bacterial cell by drawing out U ions near the cell surface.
