Invitrogen (ThermoFisher) and LifeSpan Bio have mAbs that against SLA that they say are reactive against bovine and porcine, but don't say absolutely no cross with human. Might be worth checking further with them. Our listings are here:

I had some problems with this back in the day, and after speaking with some QA/QC folks in the field I realized that I couldn't believe the specs anyway if they say no cross reaction. That's mostly my due-diligence though; some would run against a western blot of the purified protein to test cross-reactivity. I don't feel that this was a good measure of true cross-reactivity, so I had to QC them myself.

Dr. Linscott is on the right track; get some antibodies that say they don't cross-react and then just stain the human and porcine cell separately. Don't forget to block with both human and porcine serum too.

You can also just transfect one of the cells with GFP to make your life easier, if that's an option. TBH, that's what I would do first if it's feasible.
