Can anyone recommend a kit that will allow me to isolate protein from the cellular plasma membrane as well as the cytosol and nucleus from the same tissue? I am planning to use the protein I have isolated from each fraction in western blots. Ideally, the kit would isolate only cell membrane protein (without organelle membranes). Additionally, I am interested in assessing membrane vs. intracellular expression so I would like to combine the nuclear and cytosolic fractions. Thanks!
