Is there any Gram-negative bacteria is unable to growth on MacConkey agar, EMB agar and Salmonella Shigella Agar but form colony on TSA and MRSA? Based on gram stain, it is pink in color and in the form of coccobacillus. Thanks.
There are probably thousands of possible species that could grow/not grow on those agars and look like short gram negative rods. If you really want to know, I suggest you do sequencing of the 16s ribosomal RNA encoding sequence and then do a BLAST search on the result. Or use an API biochemical kit to narrow down the likely species if you don't have access to sequencing.
Andrew is right. By the way, when doing a BLAST search, don't just look at the first few good hits. There may be more than one species that match your sequence. Go through the hit list and note where the similarity begins to drop off. All the species above this threshold are possible identities.
If you don't have easy access to 16s sequencing, I'd start with the API tests.
