I am conducting a research on the process of cognitive adaptation among immigrant women of African origin who are professionals. I would need to conduct a field test to see if my instrument would answer my question.

Social learning becomes very critical when you are an immigrant from my own experience. I had to watch the other females and how they interacted in the classroom and workplace.
