Over time feedback form clinical usage has informed improvements in failure rate so this is the way to go. I think patient feedback is worth remembering here too for other types of success factors
yes, T-scan can be helpfull, but in my opinion we need we need also more advanced analysis, for example casts analysis in the articualator in diagnostic and therapeutic positoon, function of TMJ and cephalometric analysis, as well as individual aspect of every patient.
I think that success in dental implants for at least 20 years and more are multi factorial.... Patient, Doctor Skill, diagnostic mean .... All of these factors play role in success
