I am looking for Ab or commercially available chemical (that do not penetrate into the cells) that can be applied for short time (2-5h) and induce apoptosis in MCF7 but not in MCF10a cells.
Do you mean anti-Fas antibodies (anti-CD95)? There are several commercially available.
No. Fas is also on MCF10a. I found only trastuzumab that is working on HER2. I hope there are more that I can use.

I think that the best approach is you get MCF10A cells HER2 (-/-). In this case, you can use Trastuzumab (humanized antibody anti-HER2).
You can buy this cells on Sigma. I think that the commercial code is clls1045.

Unlikely that Herceptin will work against MCF-7 cells in vitro as they don't express appreciable amounts of HER-2 protein. Also Herceptin works partly by recruiting the immune system so also less than maximally effective in vitro
