Are there Ambiental and/or food contact restrictions for CPE or ACR impact modifiers?

I am developing a project with rigid PVC pipes for hydroponics and I want to use chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) or polyacrylates (ACR) as impact modifiers. Are there any environmental and/or food contact restrictions for these two additives in europe legislation? If yes, which one(s)?
