I wonder if there is some alternative for Sanger sequencing for Big Dye Terminator kit? And if yes, what are results of sequencing? Thank you.

We recently started to use BRIGHTDYE® TERMINATOR CYCLE SEQUENCING KIT from Nimagen and results are OK.

could you please share your experience with the products of Nimagen. Do you run your ABI with Nimagen products? We have a nice ABI sequencer but are looking for a cheaper reagents in order to be able to run it. Thank you
If anybody has some experience on running ABI sequencer with alternative kits, please share.
