Uncapped nanoparticles have a specific peak in the UV-Vis spectra. Is there any shift of this peak when the same nanoparticles are capped?
They should be different due to the capping materials. Even the nanoparticle size has different peaks of UV absorption spectra.
Thank you Xuhua Wang madam for sharing your valuable knowledge.
