Small sample is never assumed to be normal so kurtosis and skewness issues are the limitations of small sample. That's why we don't use parametric tests on small sample

The skewness and kurtosis is available if you run descriptive stats on your sample. However, you should also give other details such as a statistical power estimate, sample size, population, sampling frame etc, so these skewness and kurtosis measures can be reviewed in context.
As others have commented, skewness and kurtosis evidence presented on smaller sample sizes is likely to be questioned, particularly in the absence of other measures.
